Health Care Directives

A Health Care Directive (sometimes referred to as a Living Will or a Medical Power of Attorney) allows you to provide your medical wishes in writing and to grant another individual the power to make your medical decisions should you be unable to speak for yourself.  Without a Health Care Directive, your wishes may not be considered and your family may end up in a costly court battle.

A Health Care Directive is always included in our Total Estate Planning packages.
